Meet the Team

  • Haley is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience, specializing in working with mothers and babies throughout her entire career. She is a mother of two children, Lathan and Jack, and has two doodles, Rhett and Honey. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching her boys play sports. Her dream has always been to become a newborn nurse, and she is dedicated to providing care and support to families during this exciting time in their lives.

  • Ashley has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years. She has worked in Mother/Baby care for 9 years, the Neonatal ICU for over 6 years, two years at the HH Fever and Flu Clinic, and is currently working private duty for a medically complex child while also serving as needed in the HH NICU. She is a wife and mother of two children.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family when she's not at the ball field, watching her kids play. She loves traveling and has always been passionate about being a newborn nurse. Ashley looks forward to meeting new families and helping them care for their little blessings.

  • Katie worked as an urban farmer and data analyst but became an RN because she truly loved perinatal health. Through her experience with PMADs, she realized she wanted to become the support she had needed during her own transition into parenthood. As a Labor & Delivery nurse, she learned perinatal and newborn care and is excited to bring her expertise to your home.

Out of scrubs, you may see her chasing after her kids on Green Mountain or knitting and spinning yarn at Lowe Mill.

  • Sarah has been a nurse since 2010 and has been specializing in OB/newborn nursing since 2015. She has been supporting families with passion and empathy that stems from her own perinatal and postpartum care when she was having her children. She carries active NRP, BLS, ACLS, CLC, and IBCLC certifications, making her expertly qualified to care for infants and their needs.

She specializes as a lactation consultant and is excellent for supporting new parents with meeting their feeding goals as well. Most importantly, Sarah desires for parents to feel that their infant is safe and cared for at all times.

  • Elizabeth is currently a Mother-Baby nurse and has been for a little over four amazing years. She enjoys meeting and engaging with families during this exciting time in their lives. She loves babies of all ages!

At home, Elizabeth has two dogs—a chihuahua named Whiskey and a lab mix named Fiona. She enjoys cooking for her fiancé, soon-to-be husband, and spending time with her cherished friends and family.

  • Grace is a registered nurse with 3 years of experience, specializing in pediatrics. In addition to loving the babies at work, she is chemo certified and especially enjoys caring for the St. Jude patients. She attended Georgia Southern University & moved to Alabama after graduation.

In her free time, Grace likes to read, spend time with her friends and family, and shop! Grace is a fur mom to a German Shepherd & 2 kitties, and is looking forward to having her own babies one day. But in the meantime, she is very happy to take care of your little ones & help give you peace of mind.
